<p>Acrylic, metal-interlocked, Zeparade Floor Sealer creates a glossy floor with added protection from hard-to-remove stains. Water-based formula seals and fills in the pores to prolong your floor life while providing an excellent base coat. Use sealer alone or as a base coat under any suitable Zep floor finish on hard surfaces and resilient floors. Easily and properly apply to avoid streaks and mop trails. Sealer dries as quickly as 30 minutes per coat. Formula meets or exceeds slip-resistance standards established by CSPA and UL and is tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047. Sealer covers between 2,000 to 2,500 square feet per gallon on porous floors.</p>
